Data Collected

Ledgerly only collects data necessary for the operation of the service: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), postal address (optional) and billing data.

Purpose of Processing

Data is used exclusively for account management, provision of the invoicing service, sending account-related notifications, and compliance with Belgian legal and tax obligations.

Encryption & Security

All sensitive data is encrypted in the database. Exchanges are protected by TLS. No data is sold to third parties.

Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. You can exercise these rights from your personal account or by contacting privacy@ledgerly.be.

Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of use of the service, then anonymised in accordance with applicable regulations. Billing data is retained for 7 years (Belgian legal obligation).
